The Lively Leadership Pioneer Programme

This Pioneer programme is being managed by COSMIC and offered by the Social Enterprise Leadership Partnership (SELP) which is a collaboration between key agencies in the South West to deliver specific leadership training to managers in social enterprises. In researching need and developing learning tools and methods, the partners will develop innovative best practice which they will disseminate and seek to mainstream to other social enterprise networks and to other relevant agencies.
