The new BiD Network website has been online for a few weeks. New design, new tools, and more services to start, grow and finance businesses in emerging markets in a more connected way. The Women in Business Challenge is still open. At the moment we have over 230 participants, around 60 of which are being supported by coaches from our partners. Submit your Business Plan by the 15th of April to get access to our coaching program, receive feedback on your Business Plan and more.

The winners invited to the Growing SMEs in Kigali, Rwanda are: *Creative and Alternative Housing Development Solutions; *Basebose & Raes - Technology Consultants and *Liberian Gateway Transport Services. Congratulations!  

Access to Sustainable Energy Challenge - Tanzania The Clean Energy Challenge Tanzania is open until August, 15. This challenge is focused on SMEs that can deliver access to sustainable energy to consumers in Tanzania. Go to bidnetwork.org/tanzania to read more about the participation criteria.

InvesteQ Entrepreneurship Competition
The InvesteQ Entrepreneurship Competition deadline has been extended! You are now able to present your Business Plan by March 31.

The Student Challenge
The Student Challenge 2012 kick-off took place on February 10th, read all about it here. With less than a month to go before the deadline, students and coaches are working with the entrepreneurs in emerging markets to improve their Business Plans. Stay tuned for the results on the final next April 12.
