RCO requires a Technical Coordinator to support the development of its Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (IC&I) Diversion Certification Program. The main objective of this position is to support the development of standardized waste audit and diversion measurement protocols and processes to guide the program applicants. The Technical Coordinator will also lead the development of standardized evaluation and measurement protocols and processes for waste auditors, who will be recognized under the Diversion Certification.
