Guayaki Highlighted by the Clinton Global Initiative

RSF Mezzanine Fund borrower, Guayaki Sustainable Rainforest Products, will be highlighted as part of the Sixth Annual Meeting of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). RSF Seeks Senior Associate, Legal and Documentation

RSF Social Finance seeks to hire a full-time Senior Associate, Legal and Documentation who aspires to apply her/his professional experience and creative capacity in support of RSF’s mission and activities. The Senior Associate, Legal and Documentation will be primarily responsible for managing loan transaction logistics and creating loan documents to ensure timely, efficient, and professional documentation and closings.
