Community Capital Management Joins the GIIN Investors' Council

Community Capital Management logoCommunity Capital Management, Inc. (CCM) is a registered investment adviser that manages fixed income impact investing portfolios. Its primary goal is to produce above-average, risk-adjusted returns while benefitting the community and the environment. CCM uses a proactive, positive screen for impact investments by investing in high credit quality bonds that support community development. It offers investors two impact investment products – the CRA Qualified Investment Fund and separately managed accounts – both which employ the same integrated two-prong impact investing strategy. New IRIS Resource Online

IRIS logoCollecting & Reporting Poverty Data:  Using the Progress out of Poverty Index Toolkit with the Impact Reporting and Investment Standards, is a new white paper by the IRIS initiative and the Grameen Foundation, which commissioned the development of the Progress out of Poverty Index (PPI) Toolkit. Investors and organizations can learn how to leverage the PPI Toolkit and IRIS to measure, track, and report the number of poor beneficiaries served.
