Hilary Benn MP presents Angels Housekeeping CIC with the first Social Enterprise Mark to be awarded in Yorkshire

Pictured from left to right Gill Coupland, Hilary Benn MP and Alex Sobel Angels will also be a champion for the Mark and hope to inspire other social enterprises to achieve it. The Leeds based social enterprise's main aim is to enable older and disabled people to live independently by providing a variety of services from domestic housekeeping and shopping to advice, information, sign posting and advocacy.

Peter Holbrook named Chief Executive Designate of the Social Enterprise Coalition

Anne Mountjoy, Julie Harris and Lucy Findlay of RISE with Peter Holbrook Peter Holbrook will become the new chief executive officer following the departure of Jonathan Bland in the New Year. Peter is currently the CEO of Social Enterprise Mark National Champion Sunlight Development Trust in Gillingham, Kent, as well as one of England’s Social Enterprise Ambassadors.

The Lively Leadership Pioneer Programme
