Hello,
We've got some great articles for you in this month's Social Business Bulletin.
Paul Harrod from Bristol Together CIC - ClearlySo's social business of the year - debriefs us on a great year since winning the award at last year's conference.
We've also got a unique opportunity for you to join Inspiring Adventures on the journey of a lifetime to Brazil. Richard Brownsdon fills us in on what to expect.
And Colleen Baldwin looks at why one social entrepreneur believes businesses looking for longevity could do much worse than following the example of the Rolling Stones.
All that plus a look at how A4e have handled their recent PR furore.
Jonny Kates

Paul Harrod chips in as a guest blogger on the ClearlySo blog and brings us up to speed on what has been a busy year for Bristol Together CIC. Since winning our Social Business of the Year Award back in October 2011, they have completed a £1.6 million social impact bond issue and received a £250,000 investment from a major charitable trust.

Richard Brownsdon, founder of Inspiring adventures, talks about his experiences travelling the world on board The Peace Boat preaching the gospel of social enterprise. He argues that epic adventures such as these help inspire people and give them the tools to create a new and better world.
The recent experience of welfare to work company A4e illustrates a challenge which will face more social businesses: how to deal with negative publicity. Tom Cropper asks what effect the trials of A4e and other so called social ventures might have for the rest of the social enterprise world.
