香港的弱勢群 - 由「雙失」到「三無」

今次財政預算案，預料基層同中產市民，會收到好消息喎 但不是人人可以受惠。 背著一歲大的女，陸太帶三十元來到街市買菜，她還有一個七歲，讀小學的女兒，丈夫是保安員，月入六千五百元，一家四口自食其力， 政府都是忽視我們低收入家庭， 他們一家收入少，不需要交稅， 以往退稅自然無份，但因為有收入，沒有申請綜援， 之前綜援金出「雙糧」，她一家又沒有無得益，住屋方面，就租深水?的舊樓， 所以新預算案，即使減業主的差餉，公屋免一個月租，都與他們無關， 生活壓力大，都不夠開支每個月，樣樣都要慳，有時小孩有病痛，看醫生又貴，買菜夜晚遲些去買，就便宜一些， 她希望政府可多關注，低收入的人士，如資助託兒服務，他們兩夫婦都可一齊，出來工作賺錢， 政府消息人士承認，這類「三無」人士，無交稅、無申請福利，又無住公屋，即使庫房有盈餘，要「派糖」都很難派到給他們，但會有措施盡量幫他們改善生活。

若聖經中的愛人如己等如現在的愛「三無」如己,我怎樣開始呢?
